Refund Policy for Wadieah SaaS Product Subscription:

Thank you for choosing Wadieah as your preferred SaaS product subscription. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience and satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and you may want to cancel your subscription and request a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have subscribed to one of our paid plans.

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription or renewal date.

  • You have not violated our terms of service and acceptable use policy.

  • You have not exceeded the usage limits of your plan.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@wadieah.com with your full name, email address, and the reason for the refund request. We will process your request within five (5) business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your subscription term. We will deduct any discounts or promotions applied to your subscription before calculating the refund amount.

Cancellation of Subscription:

If you request a refund, your subscription will be canceled immediately. If you cancel your subscription for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of your subscription term.

Updates to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website www.wadieah.com and will be effective immediately.
